"Honestly the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a best western. Tried checking in at 430pm. Was told by the front desk person Hayk, that our room wasn’t ready and will not be ready for another hour. When I asked why he proceeded to say well we’re fully booked… doesn’t make sense because so I reserved a room also… so it’s fully booked which includes my room! Came back to finally check in at 8:37pm. Same front desk agent says it was because my room was the only room with an issue. I booked a two queen bed room, was given a two double bed room. We simply didn’t get what we paid for. "

"The hot tub was VERY dirty, there was a thick film around the entire top of the tub. While I understand leaves from the tree, the pool was also dirty. The sauna was not in working order. Our room also had cleanliness issues in the bathroom, like a dirty shower and walls in the bathroom. "

"The staff, breakfast and area was all great! But I can’t ignore we found 2 cockroaches in our room. And we seen some in the hallway. "

"The suite was okay, nice size but nothing special for a suite and for the price. The toilet kept getting clogged-had to call maintenance 4-5 times in 2 days. I had an issue with the front desk rep telling me that I would have to use the restroom in the lobby (3 floors down) because it was after hours and no one was there to fix. On a better note, the manager was great! She had someone come right up to fix the toilet but it was almost check out time, so she made accommodations for us that we didn’t have to asks for, but we’re deserved due to the inconvenience. I thanked her and told her that she is the reason the establishment didn’t get 1 star"

"Very easy check in. Front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Nice and clean room. Location was perfect, close to the freeway and restaurants."

"We had an extremely disappointing stay that I would not wish on anyone. Upon arrival, we discovered that the sofa bed was visibly dirty — it had strange white crystals on the sheets that were deeply concerning. One of the pillows had gum stuck to it, and there was no blanket provided for the sofa bed. The bathroom was equally unacceptable. The floor was covered in black hair, and the toilet was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. We politely requested cleaning in the morning and reported the bathroom conditions to staff. When we returned to our room at 10 PM after being out for the entire day, absolutely nothing had been done. The room was in the exact same condition we left it — no cleaning, no linen replacement, nothing. To top it off, the breakfast coffee was undrinkable. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness and service is completely unacceptable. We will not be returning and strongly advise others to look elsewhere."

"To be quite honest this hotel is a complete dump. The only reason I stayed was because of the incredible young lady that checked us in. We had a problem with the first room and she moved us into another. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve just abandoned that reservation and moved to a different place. Days in is lucky to have an incredible staff member behind that counter. I did not catch her name, but she was absolutely awesome. My wife and I smoke and we chose a smoking room and I’m used to having room rooms that are not that great to begin with when they are smoking rooms. But I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay there again."
