The room was great, but please hire more staff. It took us 2 hrs to be served our food in the restaurant. One person was in charge of everything, which was no fault of their own. You know there was hardly any breakfast food because they were apparently understaffed, on Mother’s Day all you could have was toast!!! The housekeeping did not come AT ALL even though we were there for three nights!! I had to go down and ask for garbage bags and more towels and put our dirty ones ...

The Wildbirch Hotel - JDV by Hyatt
