"Well maintained property. The rooms over look a lake in a valley. Beautiful mountainside view decorate your windows. Has a lot of activities in the resort- air gun, bow and arrow, snooker, pink ponk, carroms etc.. a party room also is available for singing and dining. bathrooms were comfortable, clean. "Well the Valle by Kondale hotels located in Munnar Kerala was fantastic experience being greeted very politely and humbly by the staffs. We were astonished at the sight of view from our room window,felt which was visible from the rooms window far ahead with a ray of golden sunlight falling on the mountain caps. Me and my wife instantly fell in love with Valle and all this because of the splendid hospitality we were receiving from time to time according to our want and desire from there...

"One of the best stays for me in Munnar. The hotel staff is amazing and extremely helpful in all matters. Kudos to their restaurant staff for preparing some delicious meals especially Vegetable Biryani and Paneer Recipes for north indian (Delhi) travellers. Being located in the middle of forest it offers seclusion and scenic views and ample opportunity to relax and enjoy your holiday. One of the best decors in a forest setting. "Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness.
