Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection

8/10 Good

"As always, the staff were great and the hotel itself was aceeptable. The water pressure in the room on the 8th floor is still terrible. We heard the hotel is transitioning from Best Western to Marriott. Hopefully this will allow the hotel to bump up their facilities to the next level. All being said, Hotel Lulu is a great value compared to the surrounding hotels. It's definitely not trashy but could use some TLC to make it better."

"First stay at this hotel for a family trip to Disney. Pros 1) Staff was helpful 2) Hotel was generally clean considering the number of guests and demographic 3) Kids loved the waterslides and pool area Cons 1) Our room was directly below the laundry, zero sleep the first night before a full day at Disneyland. Had to change rooms the following morning. 2) Housekeeping no showed, had to request turn down from the front desk. Housekeeping only changed towels, no other clean up tasks performed."
