"The location is perfect - a quick walk to the local shops and restaurants. The room was ok, it was clean but some of the sockets were very temperamental. The drains in the bathroom also stank of rotten eggs which made the whole room smell for almost our entire stay. The roof terrace was nice and had good views!!"

"Everything about this place is amazing ! Antonio and Ferdinando ( The brothers ) were a life saver! They helped us with everything we needed and they even text you every morning to see how's your stay and what you need for the hotel room! We had a boat tour fall through a company and the brothers searched for some for us ! They saved my proposal plans to which I thank them dearly! The ocean view of the place is amazing and not to mention it is just a 5 min walk to the Sorrento main square ! ...

"We spent 2 nights. Very friendly staff. They tried to accommodate all our needs and make our stay enjoyable as much as possible. Very clean, great breakfast, great location."

"The breakfast was such a nice touch to an already great property."

"If proximity to the beach is top priority this is a great choice. Unfortunately it’s a bit remote from the town where the food/shops are, and so multiple times a day we were walking 15+ minutes up the hill to dine. Pros: The best A/C we’ve encountered in Italy. You can make the room a comfortable lower 70’s Fahrenheit. Beach right outside your door. Cons: Smallest bathroom (maybe 3’x3’) of any place we stayed in Italy. I’m not that big of a guy and I could barely bend down in the shower to...

"Every things was so nice until I want to give more than 5 stars! This place was so clean, and the soft beds and delicious breakfast. Walkable to every single thing in Sorrento. Love this place and the staff so much."

"Cute little hotel tucked away off the main shopping street, easy walking distance to tour departures, the ferry terminal and rail station. It felt like a private little Oasis. There are two flights of steps to reach the lobby of the hotel and we had an additional flight to reach our room. We are 74 and had no problem managing, but others our age might find it a challenge. There is often no staff on the property, but the manager always responded to questions quickly. The breakfast was excellent...

"Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Sorrento, 10/10 experience AC included in the room There is an elevator which helps if you are carrying multiple suitcases"

"Room was very clean, modern with patio and small fridge. Nonna makes breakfast for you and brings it into your room. Host was very responsive."

"Fantastisk terass med magisk utsikt. Rent och fräscht rum och mycket trevlig personal. Restaurangen på hotellet var otroligt mysig och maten fantastisk. Sammantaget ett ställe att varmt rekommendera"

"This was an amazing stay. They cleaned the rooms every day, welcomed us with snacks, provided beach towels free of charge. So spacious and such an amazing staff. So glad we ended our trip here because it was the perfect place to end. And the location is 10/10"

"We had an amazing stay at Lampare Mare. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Martina was always responsive and helpful, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Camilo, the chef, is not only an outstanding professional but also a wonderful person and a great friend. Alessandra was always kind, friendly, and attentive, making every meal even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere...

"Very friendly service and easy check in/out that worked well for our needs."

"The location is incredible, a very easy walk to the heart of Sorrento which is exactly what we were looking for. But the host experience could have been better. Self-check in process was not easy and involved going through their desk, trading videos like a point and click escape room, which left us confused and frustrated after a day of travel. Room service cleaning did not knock and ignored the do not disturb sign during one of the mornings. The bathroom needed some maintenance with chipped...
