Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos All Inclusive

"We had an amazing stay with our family during spring break and enjoyed every bit of it. The resort was lively and humming with activity, yet still felt wonderful and relaxing. The mini water park was a great distraction for the kids, and the afternoon pool events kept everyone entertained. Evening activities were fun as well. The white sandy beach offered a beautiful scenic view, though we weren’t able to enjoy the water due to a high-waves alert. Restaurant options were solid overall. One standout, Umo, became the highlight of our trip. Its food selections and drinks were very accommodating and consistently excellent. Daytime and evening nightlife both felt lively, entertaining, fun, and safe. Bring cash for tipping, as USD goes a long way. The only real downside came at check-in. Salespeople clustered near the front desk and tried to insert themselves into the process under the premise of helping with check-in. Their goal was to pull you into a sales pitch for future stays. Read the fine print and restrictions carefully. The deals can sound attractive at first (a free cabana is often dangled), but they are rarely worth it unless the discounts are deeper and blackout dates more flexible. Despite that pressure at arrival, the rest of the stay was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff elsewhere were helpful, and the resort delivered a memorable family vacation. I’d happily return, just with eyes open about the check-in gauntlet."

"the place was a bit outdated , but my room was huge , also was ocean view and jacuzzi tub and I enjoyed the specialty restaurants , Staff was kind and very attentive , but keep in mind ind the beach is not swimmable also your in San Jose we wanted to stat in los Cabos San Lucas which is More action , they also needed more entertainment and more activities to keep you occupied , Besides them also trying to sell me a 26k travel membership I had a relaxing time and the pool was magnificent make sure you get up early and throw a towel on your chair before you get left out the umbrella chairs , and get sunburned."

"We just got back from our trip last week and it was enjoyable minus a few things. We didn't realize that it was type of resort that sells memberships and the salespeople are relentless...from the moment we got there. We just wanted to go to our room! The next day we were just looking at the spa information and were approached again by another salesperson. It seriously was overwhelming. I accidently broke a plastic cup in the gift shop and the woman treated me like I was a criminal. The best parts...the room was incredibly clean and air conditioned. The front desk staff were so helpful with check in and check out. Arturo was very helpful with our luggage on our way out. Juan at the Rocco bar was so friendly. Abel at the coffee shop was the best!!! All of the staff at Don Diego's was so incredibly nice. The entertainment staff was over the top incredible and fun. I loved playing bingo in the pool and watching the dancers in the evening. Overall, minus the salespeople we had a good time and would go back but I wouldn't do the membership. It felt like back in the day when people were selling timeshares. I do miss those donuts and the iced americano from the coffee shop. I will dream about them!!!"
