"Very nice stafff"

"Have to remember that this is a cabin, nothing, too fancy, is a great place to stay if you’re going to Worlds of Fun. Staff was helpful and friendly. I feel it is a little pricey for what you get."

"The heated pool didn’t work, the room had a strange order, the BBQ outdoor area was full of people smoking marijuana and playing loud music the whole weekend"

"The only suggestion is to have the guests that smoke walk away from the building to indulge as the residual smoke enters the windows, doors and other areas non-smoking guests use. The staff were kind and made sure the public areas were clean and orderly."

"The first room was not clean. The second room didn't have hot water, remote to the TV and the microwave did not work. I reserved a non-smoking room but since it was filthy they put me in a smoking room"

"This hotel has a remarkable design is very nice, which is an ideal ambiance. Staffing was friendly and courteous. We booked a corner room on upper floor, which i was looking forward to “panoramic “ view, but the far window corner is obstructed by a large pilar ( apparently for stabilization purposes). Consequently, the is not as cool as you hope while having a corner room, I advise, not to spend extra money for corner room except it may be more room and quieter. Overall, it was a very nice...

"We had a wonderful time celebrating our 22 year anniversary. The place was in a great location. We were able to walk downtown and explore."

"There’s a street car right outside that will take you downtown for free!"

"Room was basic but very clean. Breakfast was very busy and could have had more options. Closes very early at 9. However it was very delicious and we were able to eat before hitting the road."
