"It was a basic room no frills. The staff were very nice and helpful. Close to Horse shoe bay terminal. It suited us for one night only. The resto attached was not very good and prices were high. Not impressed with the resto ."

Though it's an old, historic building, nearly every modern convenience has been added for comfort, practicality, and safety. "Everything was fantastic during our stay! The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful. One detail we really appreciated was that the valet team always remembered to charge our EV after parking it, without us even needing to ask. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well! "Location of the property is probably the biggest asset of this hotel, walking distance to a variety of restaurants and to Stanley Park with beautiful sceneries and great walking paths. We have to carry our bags up some steps, not much facilities here like a ramp. Bedroom was very spacious and clean, bathroom was Ok. We have no use for the kitchen but is good that was there. I don’t know about parking. Overall, this is nice place to stay for few nights. Happy we did."
