I got there several hours before check-in and they were able to accommodate me with a room right away, which I really appreciated. Checkout was also quick and easy. "Decent room and nice lobby area, but nothing "luxury" about it despite the hotel's description. Average free hotel continental breakfast, comparable to what you'd get at a Day's Inn, for example. The biggest problem I have with the hotel is their billing."

"I booked and paid for a room that was supposed to be harbor view and received a room that was nothing but the city. I didn’t say anything to staff there bc we were so extreme driving all day and just wanted to go to sleep. Other than that the stay was great."

"Room and bathroom were spotless. Great location to everything. There was a late night emergency evacuation and everything moved seamlessly (we were on the 15th floor and made it down in no time). Hotel restaurant and bar were very nice and was a great place for late night relaxing following a day of sightseeing."
