Alessandro at check in was very helpful! We had a smooth stay. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was plentiful and brought to our room. Would recommend!
Amazing stay! Excellent view, super friendly and helpful staff. Awesome location. We were worried that it was too close to the pier but it was perfect. Close to the square and ideal for catching a bus or ferry. If you’re active, check out “All Trails” for some amazing hikes in the area. Path of Gods and a waterfall one where you walk through hundreds of lemon trees. Totally recommend this accommodation- enjoy your trip!
Quite a climb to the lovely spot but it's access to everything makes it well worth it . The breakfast is incredible. The staff incredibly helpful and the view exquisite . Very well kept and clean. I loved every minute
Great location can be a bit hard to find but the ocean view makes up for it. Super clean and quiet at night. Great staff and breakfast delivered to your door. Would definitely stay there again.
Beautiful area and location. Very comfortable. The service was the best. Can’t say enough about how nice the service was. I would absolutely stay here again. Enjoyed several relaxing hikes the views, just everything. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
This property was amazing to stay at in Amalfi I would definitely recommend staying here, it’s close to everything and it has amazing views of Amalfi, it walking distance to the cathedral and overall this property was very accommodating! Alessandro was very helpful and nice, he made our stay extra special and the breakfast in bed was a bonus! Everything was just beautiful
Walk into a little green door, up a few steps into Paradise. The staff is amazing!!!! The views are stunning. They serve breakfast to your room daily and it’s all super safe. You can walk to any restaurant, port for boat tours, bus is close by and all shopping. Seriously, the best place to stay in Amalfi.

The view from our balcony was amazing. The breakfast brought to our room was great Our room was by the reception so it was noisy and there was no one to carry our suitcases up the many flights of stairs to our room also the walk from the harbor was challenging and there were no options given but to walk-in the road through 2 tunnels but we survived and made it
Great spot in a very touristy area. Just off the beaten path, but a stone’s throw away from everywhere you want to be! We overlooked the harbor, and were just down the street from the main plaza. Lots of dining options within 5 minutes walk. Nice breakfast served in the morning. We left via ferry, and were able to stay in the room until we saw the ferry dock, and then strolled down to the dock (4 minutes walk total).
This was one of my favourite places that Ive ever booked. I wouldnt change anything of my experience (Except that google maps told me to take the steps from the port - dont do that, go from the side of the city!!). The staff was so nice and flexible, the room had an amazing view and atmosphere, it was very clean and the breakfast was so good. Will definitely choose this one if Im ever again in the area.
We came for a couples trip after getting engaged! Our room was amazing, be prepared for steps but what else would you expect, you’re on the Amalfi Coast! Breakfast was amazing each morning, and the view couldn’t be beat. The staff were incredibly friendly.
My only drawback is that there was no up front guidance on how to find the “green door” which is the entrance to the hotel. We got to port after a long travel day and there was no way we would have been able to find that entrance. Google and Apple Maps instruct you to take a very high flight of stairs (difficult with luggage) to get to the address listed. After contacting the front desk, we received a WhatsApp with a video of going up a slanted road in a tunnel (you can easily walk up it but we did not know at the moment that it was a norm to do and safe!). We ended up stopping for lunch to try to figure it out and wasting time struggling to find the entrance.
Well, my husband said he would live in our room forever. The view was magical. The location was perfect - so easy to walk into town. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Directions to the hotel from the ferry/bus: walk toward the arched pedestrian crosswalk that takes you into town, but don’t cross the street into town. Turn left at the crosswalk, walk through the tunnel and it’s the first door on the left! Super easy!
Simone at the front desk was exceptionally kind and informative. A joy to talk to. Carmela prepared an excellent and hearty breakfast and also was so nice to us . The view is captivating and the spot is close to everything. It is easily accessible from the port and bus station but the interior stairs are difficult to manage. So be prepared. Amalfi will always be a wonderful memory.
Older than the images online show. Great location although be prepared for stairs and luggage haul. No lift and no staff volunteered help. You are on your own. Bathroom and shower especially is small (tube style shower). No food on site. Was it terrible..absolutely not. But was it worth $700 per night..tough call.
Pros: The breakfast was fabulous (great variety of choice and good portion) and the breakfast was nice who remained us to be cautious of the birds when we enjoyed it in the balcony.
The balcony has exceptional view (during daytime and night) even though not viewing the centre of Amalfi.
Close to city centre
Please be aware address listed on Hotels.com is wrong. Please contact the staff for instruction to avoid walking up and down the hill.
Cons: You have to walk up 3-4 floors but the staff has offered help to carry our luggage’s.

My initial impression of the Hotel was not very good. The hotel website states a charge for late check-in and that they will work with you- they will not. If you're not there by 18:30 you'll out of luck- period.
There is no elevator- only steep stairs.
The room we had was clean, simple beautiful. The view was great. The breakfasts are delivered to the room and are wonderful.
Except for the initial debacle, Andre, the manager was great. He arranged transportation with a private driver and a scooter for us and was very helpful.
This an old hotel, but maintained well. The entrance is right on a busy road and is precarious getting to the square, which is not far.
I would stay at this hotel again.
