"Excellent Service! We were lost and could not find the hotel entrance and a staff person from the hotel helped us with our bags and called receptionist for us. The breakfast we great to have every morning. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. The receptionists were informative clear and so helpful! Thank you for making out time so special! "The room was gorgeous! The most comfortable bed we have stayed in during our 2 weeks in Italy. They have a few things to give it a luxury feel, like some nice soaps and snacks. There is an espresso machine available at all hours. A fridge gets restocked with juices and water every day, and somehow a snack appears, like a pie. There is nobody on site so we had wanted to drop our bags but unfortunately did not have wifi/service to communicate with the owner so that didn't work out like we had...
