"The apartment is good for 2 people and well located. It was cold inside though and we never got a response of how to make it warmer (the radiators weren’t doing enough and there was no remote control to turn on the air conditioner). The check-in restriction of arriving until 7pm (otherwise there’s a fee) doesn’t make any sense either because the keys were literally on the mailbox."
