"My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We’re definitely going to be back."

"Trish was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The table was set for royalty. The ambiance was charming. On the outside patio one could view birds, chickens and flowers. This was truly a great extra special place to stay. I would highly recommend staying there. It adds to the charm of Niagara on the lake with the beautiful Ravine winery within walking distance."

"From the perspective of 2 seniors, the Loft required far too many stairs, so they should have posted an "Accessibility Advisor". The view was great, however the electrical was highly outdated. A telltale sign is electrical outlet bars, and a lack of fans, particularly in the bathroom, so we had to run the A/C at a low temp (65 F) all nite. The location of the TV was a bit obtuse. "We loved our stay at Ellis House. The room was small but cozy with it's own en-suite bathroom. Everything was very clean. Vindyha, the owner, was super friendly and responsive. We loved the little patio at the front of the house and enjoyed our breakfast there. The breakfast was excellent - a 'made to order' omelet with toast, and the breakfast bar had fresh cut up watermelon and cantaloupe, granola, tea and coffee. "Air Conditioner in the main bedroom was not adjustable as the buttons were not working and was showing "re" sign. It stopped working around 11 pm at night during our bedtime as we were so tired, we used the ac in the hall and kept the bedroom doors open to maintain the cooling in the room. It was frankly not a good experience for the premium hotel like Staybridge suites."
