"No usb ports in the room, carpets were dirty and the A/C didn’t work. I went to the front desk and they didn’t fix it. They just had someone come look. Overall not a hotel I would return to. Parking was $100 for 2 nights which I found crazy when you pay so much to stay there"

"From check-in, to check out, our stay was perfect. The Vittoria hotel has such a modern feel,, the beds and pillows were so comfy and every member of the staff that we had the pleasure of meeting are fabulous. The cleaning staff took care of our rooms and went above and beyond. We will absolutely stay there again."

"Beautiful clean hotel with excellent staff! I would definitely stay again. Beautiful views of the Canadian and US falls from my room and the restaurant. Definitely worth it! Only a few things that need improvement. I wished the pool was open much earlier during the week, and not just on the weekends, so I missed out on a swim. :( Also the hair conditioner and bath gel containers in my bathroom were empty. They should be filled regularly. That aside, overall a great stay!"

"The rooms are super hot with no air conditioning but did supply a fan. The carpet in the room is so dirty it made our feet black and had stains on it. The lamps had dirt all over them. The toilet seat had oily residue all over it. The curtains are all stained. Just overall not a very enjoyable spot. No sound proofing as you can hear people slamming their doors all night long as well as a broken elevator. "
