"Overall great experience checking in and staff lovely helpful. Good spa facilities. However we stayed in room 405 and there was a horrible draft coming through the window. We noticed it at around 10.30pm after we came up from the pool and it made the room cold all night. We tried putting towels around the window to keep the draft out but the room did feel cold all night. Other than that it has the potential to be a really good stay. "

"Spent two nights last weekend. Enjoyed our visit. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The whole place was really clean and we could not fault our room. Comfy beds with lovely white crisp bedding. Very warm and cosy. We had continental breakfast and ate our evening meal in the hotel on Sunday. Food was excellent. "Beautiful hotel with no expense spared on recent fit out with great furnishings. Very comfortable hotel with fantastic staff who's attention to detail is fantastic. I mentioned at lunch that I was Coeliac and laster when we checked in to our room gluten free biscuits were placed on the tea tray. A small detail but I have never experianced this before in an hotel. The food in the restaurant is also first class. Unfortunately we were unable to return on Sunday for lunch as it was fully booked!"

"The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but...

"Good amenities - kettle, tea bags, milk. Clean and spacious room for a family. We were allocated to the lower floor facing the car park."

"Very nice small 8 (as far as I could tell) room Inn. Clean room, internet good - streamed Netflix OK. Restaurant nice with a few veggies choices. Very close to town center. And they had a decent cider on tap. Car park at rear is quite small."
