"Nice small lounge with coffee, drinks and food right off the lobby. They were overbooked and wanted to send me to another hotel but when I explained that wouldn't work because my tour bus was leaving from the hotel the next morning they were able to rectify the problem. Other than the glitch with overbooking, it was great."

"Best buffet/meals I had in Portugal! Both breakfast and lunch had an array of foods and great vegetarian options! Airport transportation begins early morning and very convenient. Highly recommended this property for your stay in Portugal!"

"Excellent stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The location was perfect, and every detail made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon."

"Great location but the air conditioning didn’t work. It was so hot and stuff and the windows didn’t stay open. Pool closed early 2 out of the 3 days we were there."

"Had a wonderful five day stay. The room, breakfast and rooftop pool and views were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again but one comment on location. While the hotel is in the heart of the city and not too far from sites, it is located in an extremely traffic busy area. Being right on the Praça du Marquês pombal roundabout made getting a ride share or taxi difficult. It took extra time to get out of the area to get to sites and tours because of heavy traffic."

"We had a very great stay . The staff was very friendly and receptive . The holey was clean they offered a variety of different snacks tea coffee water during the course of the day.
We felt safe and we were walking distance to a lot of high end restaurants and other good places to eat..
Excellent experience overall."
