"The front desk person wasn’t super friendly and we were supposed to get a bottle of wine with our stay which we didn’t, but other than that it’s a great place to stay . "The hotel is beautiful, really modern and the rooms are huge. A huge bed with a separate shower and toilet. The only downside of the rooms is that they are pretty dark and no air con (though they were providing fans). The bar is lovely, with a great drinks selection. A short walk to many restaurants and nearby train stations, a great hub to base yourself if visiting Hamburg."
