They were helping to come for checked in for me . Because they sent the code for check in to me by email. The room was so cleaned and comfortable. I can see the lake closer. Unfortunately it was raining all day. But still so beautiful. I hope i will come back again. "

"Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay."
