Check in/out were easy! Getting in contact with the staff was easy! I had an issue with my room, and they let me change no problem. The room was old, but clean. Yes room was nice, never talk to staff, the location is awesome Nice view of river and the cabin was nice and the bed was comfortable, but I had the room with the spa and the spa didn't work. It was dirty.
