"Great Hotel Ian and Gemma were both very helpful Ian even helping with our luggage from Car to room,
Room very clean and sea views were amazing the only issue we had which might appear trivial to some was beautiful bathroom but no Towel rail so the only place to put your towels was on the loo seat also no toiletry shelf there was a low cupboard below the sink but for some bending so low down is not an option but all in all great staff and great environment well done to all.

"Whilst the decor was a little dated our stay was great. Staff helpful and friendly.
You can't get breakfast at The Maynard but their sister hotel on the corner was just minutes away, and you got a discount for being guests at The Maynard.
Staff/Service excellent.
The only thing i would say is my friend was unable to take a bath or shower as there was not a slip mat to assist in their safety."
"All in all very good.surprisingly quiet.Very spacious.Great location.Caters for vegetarian and dairy free diet.Towels could do with replacing,not very soft....other than that highly recommendable at a decent price,too!"

We parked at multi story car park just across the road palm court £12.50 for 24hrs
Unfortunately we has to leave a day early but

"Beautiful sea view. Only one small suggestion is the room was incredibly hot despite the small fan provided so some type of air con would be amazing. "
"Friendly staff greeting. We were upgraded and had an excellent sea view. Hotel is old and showing its age in places but for the money it was excellent value. Great location near to train station and local restaurants and pubs."
"Its not the most stylish or modern of places to stay but it has a lovely feel to it. Staff are honest, i left my ear buds and they handed them in. The building is quirky but i was so relaxed with my kids cos there was nothing to break/damage. I could smoke on the balcony and no one cared. I will stay here again 100%"
