I had a extreme bad experienced for 2 nights staying after 3 years my last check-in to this hotel. Overall, the Malay receptionists were impolite and rude. My first night check-in at around 12am, 3 staff were sitting at the lobby sofa chatting each others and i have to rise my voice to call for check-in. I waited almost 20mins to get my access key. On the second night, i check-in my room at 11:20pm thought to open my laptop to check the email before taking bath, in less than 5mins i felt my whole buttock & both thigh full of itchy; immediately i release something went wrong on the rotten chair. Without other consideration, i rushed to the bath room switch on hot water to shower my itchy body for more than 30mins. My lower part of body was swollen, pain and itchy. I call from my mobile phone to the reception (the room does not provide fix phone) for more than 3 times no body come to my room to check whats happening. I waited for about 15mins i heard sound from next door immediate i walked to next door (my body cover only by tower) to complain to the staff. I told him there are bugs on the rotten chair and shows him my swollen part. I asked to change room. It take another 15mins he call another 2 staffs to come to the room. I was so mad after transfer to other room immediate i rush to emergency at Putra Medical Centre to seek injection & medication. The clock now almost 2am
