Lovely lady host but extremely strict rules on arrivals and departures. The room whilst clean did not have a lot going for it sadly. Nothing to drink a beer or wine from apart from your tea/coffee cup. For the money compared to other stays on this trip the price was well up there. Parking is an issue but it very handy to walk to town. Choose wisely."

"The glass on the front door was cracked. There was nobody at reception when we arrived. The bedside lamp didn't work. The curtains were hanging off the rails. The bathroom floor was stained. The toilet didn't flush every time we tried it. The heater was hanging off the wall. One of the pillows was dirty. Will never go back. Do not stay here. £142 wasted. Above a Chinese restaurant. Does not leave a good impression of Scotland."

"The room is very close to the Inverness train station. Very good for transiting through. I stayed over night so it was functional for me. There was a shower but towels did not seem fresh. Bed is not comfortable so if you stay for more than one night it might not work well for you."

But if you are looking for a friendly, welcoming, and helpful host, this facility falls short.
