"The staff were friendly at check in. We were a bit worried about some of the reviews listing bed bugs, but no issue with that at all. Our room was newly fitted with carpet, fresh paint and new beds. Our room was clean, but had a couple of cobwebs and one garbage hadn't been emptied. The bathroom ceiling fan is falling out of the ceiling and leaked continuously when it was raining. "The room was very quaint and comfortable, perfect for our stay. Gail was an amazing host, lots of helpful recommendations and tips, made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect for walking and exploring Inverness. Highly recommend!"

"The Inn is easy to find with ample parking. My concerns centred on strong, damp like smelly in my room. Curtains that couldn't be closed properly. With the main door not being locked at night, security was very poor. I was woken by a disturbance outside my door during the night it was very unsettling. All these issues might have been easier to raise with staff had they been approachable. It took the duration of the trip for the person at reception to smile and be friendly. Would definitely not...

"This was a fantastic place to stay in Inverness! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful! Every interaction was sincere and made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and spacious. We did not stay on the property for breakfast but the staff were happy to recommend a local bakery just down the street. Additionally the property is very close to the city center and was only a short walk away from many of the pubs!"
