"Es handelt sich um ein altes Gebäude das liebevoll restauriert wurde. Direkt am alten Hafen und doch ruhig. Man musste in unser Zimmer zwar steile Treppen steigen, dafür war die Aussicht fantastisch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut , in schönem Ambiente. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das kleine Hotel empfehlen."

One thing to note is that getting luggage to the hotel can be a bit challenging because of its location. However, when we checked out, the staff kindly offered to help carry our luggage back to the main street where our car was parked. Their thoughtful service made a great stay even more enjoyable."

"Had the most amazing time here at Sansal Chania Crête, the staff are amazing and so friendly, this is our first visit to Crete Sansal and we definitely will return, the roof top pool and bar was an added bonus, at times we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was fabulous, the bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. "Perfect location . Hotel clean and staff friendly and helpful . It wasn’t quite the boutique experience but overall it was good . If I were to describe amenities I would not mention the gym . Equipment old and rusty and not really usable . Needs to be removed . Rooms are fine but slightly tired . Breakfast satisfactory - a reasonable range of food types . I would stay here again but would not expect luxury, however the location makes up for it ."

"Our stay was absolutely incredible! The staff were extremely attentive and made a conscious effort to get to know us, especially Kostas(?) (and our coffee orders!). The breakfast spread was wide and varied each day and is run smoothly, self served and on the glorious terrace overlooking the sea.
