This hotel was ok for a short cheap stay, but it is next to warehouses and there is not much going on around it. The staff were great and the included breakfast was very good too. The hotel is close enough to Valencia that you can use it to visit the city as long as you have a car.

Overall spot was good. One night for me. Room was spacious/clean. Breakfast had a small selection, but for me, it was good enough. Only one staff member working it, so it felt a bit disorganized. Also a bit far from city center. I booked this location knowing this as I had rented a car, but good for people to understand that at least 25-30min drive away.

The worst experience I have ever endured in my life. I was there with my two small children and my husband. The outside area of the hotel was dirty, scary, badly maintained, and smells bad. The hotel is generally dirty with trash on the floor in the dining area. The air conditioning not working properly and it was 40 degrees Celsius outside. The family room has a bunk bed for the children which is worst than sleeping on the bare floor. My kids ended up moving to sleep with us both nights. We complained the next day and instead of offering a solution, the staff while being disrespectful, offered as a favor to give us an additional room which we had to pay at the going rate. They did not let me check out or I would lose the money I had already paid. So instead of checking out given the worst experience of my life and zero sleep, I ended up having to pay more money so we could sleep comfortably. And to top it all off, at 2am that night the new room started to drop water from the ceiling like a waterfall. They thankfully gave us a new room at that time without much discussion. No one apologized nor offered anything additional to compensate for anything we had gone through. Horrible experience.

this was offered as a Hotel in Valencia citu Beaches and is located next to a prison in the middle of a highway and exactly 25 km from la malvarossa which is the real "Valencia city beach"
