Friendly staff. Problem returning in evening after 10.30. front door locked. No clear entry instruction given in advance. No mobile link actually operating. . Nobody available online via hotels.com. . Lucky that cafe owner knew number of hotel owner. He cam out and let us in. Otherwise a miserable night would have been had. Utterly c Incompetent lack of communication or access to communication. Must be fixed.

We ended up staying here completely by accident and it turned into one of the most unique experiences of our trip. We originally planned to stay in Seville, but everything was sold out (we later learned there was a major marathon that weekend). The only available rooms were €1,000–€3,000 per night, which was not happening. So after dinner, we drove about 40 minutes out and found this place at a reasonable price. Arriving at night was an adventure. The town has sand roads and a very old, traditional feel at first we genuinely thought we had arrived in a lost cowboy town. There are even old-style horse posts outside the houses. It felt surreal. In the morning, everything made more sense. The town is actually a religious pilgrimage destination, which explains the layout and atmosphere and there were horses everywhere, which added to the charm. The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable. The room was clean overall (although the floor could have been cleane, our socks got quite dusty), but the shower was excellent and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, and the ladies working in the morning were incredibly kind and welcoming, we loved their energy. The only small downside was noise. We stayed in a ground-floor room very close to the breakfast area, and in the morning we could hear guests talking loudly. I don’t think they realized there was a room right there. This likely wouldn’t be an issue in the upstairs rooms. Overall, it was a truly unique stay

El Rocio est un autre monde: rues en terre, chevaux attachés devant des maisons, vue sur le parc et ses animaux...L'hôtel est simple mais sympa, chambres propres, tranquilles et confortables. L'hôel est bien situé au centre du village. Petit déjeuner simple mais pas cher. Bonne base pour visiter le parc Donana.

Me gusto la ducha con agua calentita, y el aire acondicionado poco ruidoso. No me gusto la cama que le tienen un protector que hace muchísimo ruido, no me gusto la situación de la habitación ya que estaba en el mismo sitio que el comedor de desayuno y era un escándalo desde por la mañana temprano.

Un pueblo extraño pero hemoso y un hotel limpio, cómodo y lleno de arte. Un poco molesto por el sonido de otras habitaciones y fuera en el pasillo, pero en general contentos con nuestra estancia.

Byen er virkelig veldig anderledesnoh helt bygd rundt det 800 år gamle gudebilder av jomfru Maria. SLT handler om det og byens wild West image med kun sand i alle gater og fokus på hest og esel med eller uten kjærre som transport.Veldig spesielt og artig. Var der i helgen og både lørdag og søndag var det opptog av jomfrutilbedere tiltrådt i busser..

Brutta esperienza

Al nostro arrivo ci e' stata data una camera che non corrispondeva assolutamente alla camera prenotata tramite Expedia: camera minuscola, senza finestre, maleodorante, piena di polvere, con bagno in esterno raggiungibile dopo attraversamento di una sala. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni, il titolare ammetteva che nell'albergo non esisteva la tipologia di camera proposta online e nonostante questo non ci ha permesso di modificare la prenotazione pagando solamente la notte trascorsa in albergo. Abbiamo quindi dovuto accettare la permanenza anche vista la minaccia del titolare di chiamare la guardia civil se non avessimo pagato l'intero soggiorno. Oltre a rifiutarsi di modificare la prenotazione, aveva già inoltrato la richiesta di addebito sulla carta di credito nonostante avessimo richiesto un'altra forma di pagamento. In conclusione un pessimo albergo con pessimo personale, assolutamente da NON consigliare!
