"Our accommodation was in an excellent location and was of an excellent standard throughout. The apartment was extremely well equipped and despite being in the centre of the city was quiet and peaceful. Prior to our arrival Abdel communicated arrangements and was a helpful and knowledgeable host. We had a fantastic stay in Alicante and would have absolutely no hesitation in returning to this property."

"Breakfast was good. Many things to choose from but it would have been better if they had watermelon every day. They did have it on for 2 days but it was gone so fast as there were a lot of people going for it. We didn't get half board as dinner was at 8 pm which was to late for our children. We might have been able to choose Breakfast and lunch but this option was not on Hotels.com, only through the hotel directly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had ants 🐜 in our room the first morning there. They came through the air vent and they were many. The reception managed to give us another room but we lost the whole morning waiting for a new room. Our new room didn't have ants but the light above the bed headboard was not working, one bed small lamp was wobbly and the tv had only 10 channels working compared to the first room where we had lots of channels working. What I did like about the room was that we had a mini fridge, but the drinks in it were not free. You only get 2 small cartons of water free. The pool and kids splash pool was great. The hotel had 2 buildings. The new building it is the one where the reception is. Most likely the rooms here are nicer than the older building where we were. The new building has room only for families up to 3 people and if there are 4 or more of u, they will put you in the older building. There was a big leak in the Old building which was horrible and affected everyone. We didn't have electricity, water, WiFi for 6 hours."

"Great location, but very busy and impersonal. Pool area too small for volume of guests. Reception keep strictly to the 4pm check in resulting in long queues forming by 3.50pm of guests waiting for their keys. I stayed one night, the room was lovely with nice touches and the restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. I would book again for a short break, accepting you can't sit by the pool etc."
