"Habotacion, desayuno e instalaciones genial. El unico pero fue que pasamos calor en las noches, y abrir la ventana no era una opcion en un segundo piso de una calle con mucho transito de coches. La excusa de "aun no hemos echo el cambio de calefaccion a AC" a pricipios de Mayo no termino de convencerme. Aun asi, si volvemos a Granada, probablemente nos volvamos a quedar en el Gran Luna."

"Hotel muito bom. Super bem localizado e confortável. Atendimento eficiente e cortêz. Apenas o restaurante, que usamos no jantar, nao correspondeu às expectativas. Apesar da vista maravilhosa e do bom atendimento, os pratos não estavam à altura do preço. O café da manhã foi muito bom."

"Chambre très spacieuse, mais les lits n'étaient pas très confortables. On a apprécié la piscine qui était ouverte (même si elle était froide). Les services de spa proposés sont au top! Le petit déjeuner correct, sans plus. Le parking est peu pratique et très étroit. Personnel plutôt disponible."

"Excellent hotel, couldn't be faulted. Stayed two nights, the service was very impressive. Parked the car for us and returned it promptly when required. Great check in with the receptionist being very helpful telling is all about Granada and where to go. Lovely room, very comfortable and quiet."

"The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all. Fortunately, the climate was not hot, otherwise we could not stand...
