Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The flat was right in the centre near to all the shops and restaurants and for the city centre on a relatively quiet street. The flat needs a renovation and a good clean. It was quite tired and looks a bit shabby in places.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen

Zuerst die hauptsächlich positiven Dinge. Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Das Apartm. mit 2 Schlafz. war schön eingerichtet u. ansprechend. Hatte auch genug Stauraum. Super fanden wir, dass wir schon vor 15 Uhr rein konnten. Sie haben in der Stadt in der Strasse Bailen eine Réception. Nun zu den negativen Punkten. Als wir reinkamen sahen wir Staubknäuel am Boden. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte, dass sie gleich jemanden schicke. Zeitnah kam dann auch eine Reinigungsfrau. Diese fragte uns, wo die Besen sind, sie sei das erste Mal hier. Da wir dann in die Stadt gingen, weiss ich nicht wie ausführlich sie noch geputzt hat. Der Safe funktionierte auch nicht, da die Türe geschlossen war und so konnten wir gar keinen neuen Code eingeben. Nach einem Tel. meinte die Mitarbeiterin, dass sie den Eigentümer zuerst kontaktieren müssen, um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Fanden wir etwas komisch, doch später am Tag folgte die Aufklärung. Zudem waren 2 Spots im Badezimmer defekt. und nur einer!! funktionierte. Als wir später dann zufällig an der Réception vorbei kamen, fragte ich nach dem Safe. Da stellte sich heraus, dass MyFlats diese Apartm. seit gut einer Woche übernommen haben. Da hatten wir die Erklärung. Das geht aber gar nicht, finden wir!!! Mir scheint, dass die neuen Eigentümer die Apartm. gar nicht kontrolliert haben. Hoffe für die Nächsten Gäste, dass dann alles funktioniert.
