"I recently completed a stay at Hilton Corniche and while the property itself has potential, and some of the staff were extremely supportive like ( Alaa from housekeeping and Nashwa from coffee bar at the resturant) The sheer lack of professionalism, incompetence, and disregard for guest privacy made this one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Two specific incidents during our stay highlighted how severely this hotel struggles with basic operations and policy...

"The sewage was not working in two WCs , two broken chairs, the room service didn’t come regularly, the delivery are not allowed simply to get to the chalet I had to get out to the lobby or call them to allow the delivery boys in. The beach was very good but service and maintenance not that good bad experience"
