Definitely worth the price. Amenities were amazing. No bedding for 3rd bed/couch and no towels or washcloths in room but staff brought to our room right away.

This is an old hotel and there were some run-down aspects, such as a door that didn’t shut properly, broken hairdryer, and empty shower product dispensers. The staff was nice, though, and quickly brought a hairdryer over, and the room itself was quite comfortable. Our neighbors next door were loud, playing then TV all night, so thin walls. Overall, we were satisfied.

Definitely not worth the price paid. Toilet wasn’t securely attached to the floor. Breakfast was not properly stocked for the larger crowd booked there. Beds were not comfortable. Toiletries were generic. Only stayed here since it was our convention hotel. Would never stay here otherwise. Lower level hotel with poor facilities. Flooding public restrooms and dirty carpets in public common areas. Would not recommend.

Nice and Comfortable
When we got there to check in, Ashley checked us in and she is super sweet, friebdly, and professional. She answered all of the questions that we had quickly. The atrium with the indoor, heated pool was so nice in the evenibg letting the kiddos wind down and the. In the morning they have a nice breakfast and will make you an omelet. The rooms are a little dated, but it looks like they may be updating them as they do not have carpet, it is vinyl plank flooring.

The cleanliness of the room was terrible Worst I had ever stayed in If I had not booked through Expedia I would have cancelled my reservation and went somewhere else. I was in Alexandria, LA dealing with an extreme family medical emergency and did not have the energy to even complain about the room. I had Lysol wipes and cleaned the bathroom and surfaces were we utilizing as best as I could I told them no room service even while I was there, because of the state of the wipes when I was done

The room was quite comfortable. Ample space and was just as described. Pleasant front desk staff, ni e wifi, ac was perfect. Breakfast right across the veranda from us No complaints at all. Would certainly stay here again.

Don’t waste your time or money
Pretty much everything I asked for from the staff was met with a resounding “No”! Will never stay here again. Place was one of the cheapest hotels around and roughly half full while way more expensive hotels were sold out. Front desk clerk during checkin was more concerned with a phone call from a past customer and signing out other employees timecards than checking in myself and the 3 other guests waiting behind me. Took approximately 10 minutes for her to finish her phone call and other duties while we all waited to get checked in. I asked about a 1st floor room, she said none were available and I noticed no fewer than 6 first floor rooms that went unoccupied during my stay. I asked about a late check out and was denied that too. Most of the staff was rude and unhappy to be there. Again, will never spend my miney there ever again.

Rooms on the bottom floor had crickets in the room. Super scary. They did accommodate my room change to a better one on the top floor. However the towels were dirty. Probably not staying there again.
