"10 pm, I finally arrived to check in. Walked into the hotel and there was dried spilled coffee on the floor. Get into elevator and there is water on the floor assuming from the pool. Hallways smelled weird. Got into room and it seemed clean until I go into the bathroom and there was a brownish substance on the light switch. Immediately NO"

"Honestly wouldn’t recommend but if you’re on a budget, it’s okay. To start, we walked into our room with the whole floor wet and a huge puddle. There were grimy and rusty marks all over the walls. Holes along sides of outlets and fixtures. Pieces of paint/wallpaper ripped or damaged. Had to plug in all appliances, phone, alarm clock, fridge, and microwave. The microwave looked like it had blown up prior to our arrival. Tried to turn it on and it smelled like burnt popcorn. Provided coffee maker and coffee pods but didn’t provide the cups for it. The bases of the beds were super dirty. Bedding from the mattress, to the mattress protector, to the mattress fitted sheet, to the top blanket, WERE ALL STAINED AND DIRTY. The blankets even had writing on the underneath that said ‘Chica’ on them…. Not sure what’s going on with that. All of the towels had spots of dirt or stains on them somewhere. Even the walls had spots of food/stains as well. The worst part, the morning after our first night, the maids knocked on our door and waited all of 5 seconds before scanning their key card and entering our room without consent or knowledge of what was going on behind our room door. My boyfriend stopped the door because I was CHANGING!!! And my dog was also out of his crate and didn’t have his harness on, so he could have gotten out or jumped on them!! THIS WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. When I told manager, she told the staff not to enter my room right in front of me. Bad vibes after this!"

"All in all, I had a great time in Texas, me and my wife plan this trip months in advance. We took this trip with our eight month old baby in order for my family to meet our baby. During the process of staying in this hotel. The staff was incredibly rude. In the lobby, there is a sign that says $500 charge fee if they find any type of smoking in your rooms luckily for us we do not smoke, but once we entered our room, it smelt like cigarette smoke and there was cigarette burn holes on our bed. They only gave one hotel card, which is completely understanding what I asked for a second hotel card. They were extremely rude and could not comprehend why we needed a second hotel card. I then unnecessarily explained how it’s not only me but my wife, which they know and my baby and that when you have a baby especially a newborn under the stress of traveling. I would expect there to be two hotel cars. Which I ended up getting no problem fast-forward to our last night where my wife attempted to do laundry. The laundry room locked us out. My wife immediately went to the front desk, which then a separate lady was very confrontational and did not believe that my wife was a resident at this hotel. When we’ve both submitted our IDs prior, I then had to come down there with proof that we paid for a hotel room in order for us to get our laundry. This could’ve been much worse for us being that we had a baby and all of his clothes in the laundry. For a single person it’s OK for a family don’t go."

"We stayed for 4 days, it was very clean!!!!! I had only one issue, it says they serve breakfast but their breakfast is only cereal and a muffin, my son has food allergies so we unfortunately had to eat take out breakfast everyday. They sold drinks in the front area of hotel for 2 dollars. My son tried to purchase 1 drink and they told him its a minimum of 2 drinks and he said he didn't want 2 drinks he only wanted 1 for the $2 so that was disappointing. But honestly I would stay here again. These little things are minor, the quality of the hotel is worth it. Its quite, staff is available all night, overall i can't wait for my next vacation cause ill be booking here."
