"Fireplace did not work"

"Difficult to find a parking space close to the entrance. The hotelier should designate some spaces for those checking it. The fact that the hotel does not have an elevator (even to the 2nd floor) means we will not return."

"Bedbugs! .. no complimentary coffee in the rooms .. loud partier's all night .. specifically to my room there was blood splatter on the walls, we moved a mattress and there was blood stains on the box spring, damage on bathroom door both sides damage on entrance door the hinges were torn off, something crazy happened in that room and they still rent it .. it looks to me like it's under New management by new Canadians .. enough said"

"Great hospitality-thank you!"

"I went as a solo traveller in fall on a work trip. I was upgraded to a room with a porch and a view. The staff were excellent. I had dinner one night in the restaurant and the food and service was very good. My room was very comfortable. I would like to go back in season and stay in a cottage."
