Staff was very nice, but the rooms were a bit out dated. Chipped paint and walls. Shower/tub was chiped. Furniture was chipped and briken

Isleta Resort and Casino
A/C was not working in the room we were assignef. Moved to a better room with a small deck and everything worked. Nice staff at front desk.

The Querque Hotel
Bro I've had this room reserved for like a month. I pull up at like 19 at night and i get told all the rooms are checked out? I just made a 9-10 hour drive for my room to be checked out? So the only good thing thay happened was they got me reserved at another hotel but like come on.
