"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. "This place shouldn't really be classified as a hotel, it's old and decrepit, the reception when we arrived was inaccessible, we weren't given any information by email on how to access it and the lady who eventually opened the door only spoke French so we interpreted various codes to access the lift, the front door and the room. The furnishings are anything from 20-40 years old, the room was beyond basic with no air conditioning and upon leaving the window open to be able to sleep all we could...

"Het geheel was teleurstellend. De kamer met de badkamer was prima. De bediening was stug en niet vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was karig. Bijna gedurende de hele dag was de bar gesloten. Het buiten terras was niet gebruiksklaar. Dat maakt eigenlijk niets uit wsnt er was toch niets te drinken."

"Spa concept is all show. Looks good on brochures and in photos but lacks functionality. No hot water, hydrotherapy jets weak. Confusing layout. Misses the “Ahaaa” in relaxation. "

"The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise...
