Superbe hôtel
Un super séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel où tout est bien pensé pour rendre la vie des clients très agréable. Nous avons été surclassés en chambre vue mer, ça a été une excellente surprise. Propreté impeccable, services au top, gentillesse du personnel... Hôtel super bien situé, proximité immédiate des commerces et restaurants. Une mention particulière pour le spa qui est un des meilleurs que nous avons connu. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Tout pour passer un excellent séjour
Hotel exceptionnel avec une équipe très accueillante et bienveillante. L'emplacement en fait une adresse incontournable pour un séjour à Alassio. Petit déjeuner très qualitatif, plage privée, chambres modernes (celles donnant sur la mer proposent un spectacle grandiose). Aucune fausse note pour moi Parking payant

The Grand Hotel Alassio Resort & Spa is a wonderful, classic hotel which lived up to its name. Built in 1897, it is completely modernized. The lobby is open directly with two waterfront restaurants, a waterfront bar, and a private beach. We had a beautiful room with an elegant bathroom. It was extremely clean. Breakfast was served daily in a stunning solarium which had tables both inside and on the beach. The Spa is a tremendous feature for this hotel which is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea. Mr. Alex Cancel, the Director of Guest Relations did a fantastic job - he personally made sure that we enjoyed all of amenities of the hotel. We found all of the employees to be extremely friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay at the Grand Hotel Alassio in the future and hope to return to the Italian Riviera..

Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse de la chambre donnant sur la mer. Par contre le restaurant détenait une petite carte et que le service n’était pas avant 20h00. Le personnel était un peu absent pour un 5 étoiles.

Overall the staff and services were impeccable, especially at the reception and the restaurants, as well as the car valet and baggage help when arriving and leaving. The spa including the warm pool was perfect, and beach lounge chairs were very comfortable with their top mattress support. The 3 Baci left in our room on the first day were much appreciated also and introduced us to Il Fornaoi. On my previous trips I have purchased from Balzola but now did all my Baci gifts from Il Fornaio. Our first day though was very disappointing because we were assigned chairs on the beach in the last row behind and the last on the border with another hotel with the white fence very close. I felt so confined and couldn’t even move the lounge chair to the left. That gave us such a sad and desperate experience thinking we have been stuck with these assigned seatings throughout our stay while we can see many other available ones all around. I asked if we may have another seating but was not sure they would be able to do anything. The next day fortunately the lady responsable at the beach was able to provide us with a better one. That put our first day experience really low but were happy a better arrangement was reached. Another note mentioning was that the room was not cleaned properly. Chips crumbs remained on the floor. One thing that truly disgusted me was finding clean bath towels left on the bidet! I would expect much better cleanliness standards from the grand hotel. Thank you

Fantastisk hotel med den dejligste Beach club. Super sandstrand og det smukkeste vand. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Super restaurant - Bistroen var super god og til virkelig rimelige priser. Kommer tilbage.
