"I had a frustrating experience with this hotel due to disorganization and lack of professionalism.
The airport shuttle process was unclear—front desk staff did not explain where to wait. (For reference, it’s across from Arrivals Door 6 at a covered bus stop.) I waited over 45 minutes because they forgot to call the shuttle. Once they did, it arrived in about 15 minutes.
At check-in, I was told to wait while both front desk employees spent over 30 minutes on their phones. It felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional.
The hallways were chaotic, with housekeeping carts and supplies scattered everywhere and staff yelling to each other. A vending machine didn’t return my change, and there was even a hallway chair missing its cushion.
On my last day, housekeeping knocked starting at 8:00 AM—three separate times—asking if I had checked out, even though checkout wasn’t until 11:00 AM.
The room itself was clean, spacious, and conveniently close to the airport. The accommodations were fine, but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor service and lack of organization."
