"Several of the staff were very friendly and helpful. One young lady at reception even remembered my first name the day after checking in. The gentlemen working at reception and at the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful. The initial person who checked us in wasn’t very pleasant and one lady working in the restaurant seating people was not cooperative or pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff at breakfast were very attentive."
"The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just some minor issues I can overlook like the doors to the balcony seem to be unbolted or unscrewed at the top and are about to fall over and the only way to secure it is by locking the doors. Also, if the curtains in the bedroom can provide more privacy. It's too see through for my liking. Everything else was excellent. "

"We have great relaxed time at the Caterina apartments. Very clean, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We stayed in a court yard view apartment and it wasn’t over looked. The shops and countless cafes and restaurants are all nearby. The metro and bus station isn’t far either.

"Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa struttura, l'appartamento era pulito e confortevole, corredato di tutti gli utensili necessari in cucina ed ogni 2 giorni venivano effettuate le pulizie. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima, attaccato al mercato Bolhao e alla omonima linea metro, ma ci si muove tranquillamente anche a piedi: con una passeggiata di 15 minuti si arriva al ponte Dom Luis."
