Some distance from Kandy itself but easy enough to access there and all the tourist spots by tuk tuk with Lieyru the manger only to happy to assist with this."

"The lady on the front desk is so welcoming. The restaurant and bar staff are eager to attend to your needs, however, the sheets in the bedroom are very very old and stained. I had to request new sheets but they looked the same. The bed runner and decor cushions were absolutely filthy. I took them off the bed immediately and didn't sleep well at all as even with a change of sheets the bed didn't feel clean. The bath mat was gray with filth. "We enjoyed a 5 night stay at Fox Kandy and could not be happier with the experience. The room, hotel, facilities and grounds were spotless. Thank you Yasim for looking after our room. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and ate at the hotel on two nights, the food for all meals was really good quality. Special mention to all the staff who were all polite and courteous and were always on hand to help. Thank you all and we hope to stay again in the future."

"Nice clean room. Hot shower, soft bed, and a working mini fridge. Enjoyed the balcony, which faces the street. When I booked the room, I thought it said "mountain view" which is true, but a bit of a stretch. Restaurant is pretty good; staff are polite. Check-in was a bit rushed; otherwise, no problems."
