"Location very central. Bit problematic for check in as I arrived by 12ish and were on long haul flight was tired with some layovers . Cleaning was bit issue as standing shower conditions was ok ,shower door was broken .Staff super friendly and very helpful ,met a nice guy apologize forgot his name ,met him by 9 pm . He helped me a lot even buying in my train ticket. Though I was my first day in Morocco but he educated and guided me a lot about city ,attractions and went through by many things...

"We were driving in and we had no problems finding the place. It dif not look like much from the outside but the inside is very nice. We were greeted by Aya who was extremely polite and nice and informative. She showed us the rooms to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Lovely young lady. Loved the hotel it was quiet and very comfortable. Rooftop is fun too and we loved the inside parking. We highly recomment this place as it is very secure."

"Mon séjour à l'hôtel a été dans l'ensemble agréable. L'établissement est propre et confortable, offrant un environnement accueillant pour ma famille et moi. Cependant, je dois souligner quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés. Le personnel, bien que courtois, ne semblait pas toujours être à la hauteur des attentes. "Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good...

"Farid confirmed our stay ahead of time via WhatsApp. The host is very responsive. We didn’t know that the ride to and from the airport was included on our booking so that’s a plus. The host actually had to remind us that it’s included. Otherwise, the taxi to and from the airport will be 100 MAD. He also coordinated our round trip taxi ride to Casablanca with a reliable taxi driver Mr. Rachid. The apartment is nice like stated on the description."
