"We arrived at the apartment with no check-in information. Nothing by e-mail,so we called the office to get the room number and door code. Unfortunately the room was occupied by other two guests, they were shocked. That was the wrong number we got. I tried to call the office again and again and gain the line was so busy and coursed more expenses for telephone bill roaming charge. After the fifth call, we finally got the correct code and room munber"
