"The property manager was dismissive in every interaction. There were not pillow cases provided our first night and we had to track down the cleaning staff to get fresh ones. The tiny elevator was left full of all the laundry bags by the staff. The units rely on key code entry and the battery died preventing entry to our room. "The hotel was perfect for us! We had to meet our cruise ship the next day which from the hotel was a 5 minute taxi ride! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, helpful. Cant beat the price! I slept like a baby!! We had breakfast at the hotel which was delicious. Definitely would use this hotel again for another cruise."
