"The location of JR West Via Inn is great as it is in a very short walking distance from Hiroshima Station. The room was good and it was a decent size for Japan. Their laundry was very good and useful. I will stay here again!"

"Clean room, helpful and friendly staff, convenient place to stay"

"Found that the window blind would not raise up. Queried with reception and was told that was at the request of the next door property. The window blind was of a blackout type so that meant the room was always dark. Should have been warned about that during check-in and offered an alternate room."

"Beautiful room and view of the city! Right at the train station…so convenient and the best bakery below!"

"Room too small for two people with large luggage! Beds too small, no shelves & hooks to use in the bathroom, can’t unpacked things (no space) Restaurant is too small to handle so many people during breakfast"

"駐車場がすぐ満車。近隣駐車場も分かりずらい。"
