โรงแรมและที่พักแอร์พอร์ต เรสซิเดนเชียล แอเรีย

"Loved everything about this place except the WIFI which never worked"

"Waited for my shuttle to pick me up at the arrival hall in International terminal, but without avail. Very basic hotel with very basic amenities."

"The environment"

"all good"

"Four of us came to stay from the uk fir a short break in Accra. Overall our stay at the hotel was a very good experience and the staff extremely helpful. Shout out to the manager Rachel who went over and beyond. Needs to be pointed out that the hotel does not have a lift so people with mobility issues may find the stairs a struggle and need rooms on ground floor. That said, the staff always brought up the luggage on arrival and down on leaving. Breakfast is in the small restaurant area. Caters...

"The location is beautiful extremely close to the airport. However, it's a little misleading because they say that you have one airport pickup. Once you pay for the reservation in advance. But it's not redeemable, you can call and call and ask and they don't know what you're talking about. So that's misleading, there's no pickup available."

"Very rundown and not worth the price. Suggest looking outside."

"The place is clean, check in is seamless, and the listing is the same as the property."

"Property was very clean, location excellent and staff very polite and helpful"

"I had an amazing time at this place. The amenities offered are top class, the rooms are so clean, the staff are awesome and the location is ideal. I recommend that when you visit Ghana, don’t hesitate to book Harmonia Residence as your home far away from your home. I’ll be back in December, God’willing. Saa"

"Very clean facility in a nice area"

"I was not given the property that I booked. I was transferred to another property and it did not have a working refrigerator, so food spoiled and was wasted. Was told that the property would be cleaned every other day and it was cleaned once in 7 days. The sheets did not fit the bed, the comforter had stains, there was noise from construction in the adjacent apartment, the internet did not work for over 24 hours so I couldn't work, the power went out several times, and there was only 10 minutes...

"At the check out, receipt was not available. Staff said me that they would send it soon but I don't receive it. On the stairs, furnitures are left. Shampoo and conditionner dispensor doesn't work well."
