I enjoyed my stay here! Very clean rooms and very helpful friendly staff! The breakfast buffet was great too! I’d definitely come again!! The pool needs to stay open later than it does, we were told it closes at 6pm. Overall, a great stay!

This Best Western Premier is a solid choice if needing to be in the Airport or East Legon area. Transport is easy and you avoid most of the crazy traffic. Hotel is always super clean and restaurant is great with a very accommodating chef- he came out to personally clarify my order- five stars! 🌟

The property is nice,location is very convenient to airport and shopping mall. There was this hammering/banging noise literally every morning whiles we were there,as if some repairs where going on and that was very disturbing.

Service was really poor. I was traveling with a group and it took over an hour to get everyone room keys. Service was slow in the restaurant and they were missing many food items. Bus driver didn't show for airport run in the morning though they did a good job of covering that. I won't use them again, there are better options.

The hotel was great with picking me up and taking me to the airport. Changing my room when the AC didn't work. Changing my room when I needed a shower, not a tub. Struggle to check in due to a mix up with the Hotels.com virtual credit card code. The ladies (Gabriella was trying to be very helpful) at the desk could not get it to be accepted. Took a while. The thing that stands out the most to me is your restaurant. On my last night 3 of us had dinner and, I can't state this enough, we were the ONLY table in the entire restaurant. The kitchen had only to make 3 meals at the same time. That did NOT happen. First one meal, then a while later another meal and then the final meal. We were the ONLY table in the entire restaurant. I had to send my food back as it was cold. The waitress never came back again and I had to get up and walk to the kitchen to ask for the check. The service at your restaurant was shockingly bad.

This is a great hotel with excellent service. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Gym and pool are both great. Location is pretty central. Internet is fast and dependable. I have stayed here multiple times and will likely stay here again.
