"The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through. There are merely two lifts on a 7 stories building and one of them was...

"We arrived quite early, not expecting that we could check in to the room. The checkin was efficient and we were given the room key within 10 minutes. Several reviews were critical of the wifi service in the guest rooms. We experienced reliable service and were able to stream videos. Also the hotel lives up to its name - it is very clean!"

"Je ne suis pas demeurée à cet hôtel car en rentrant dans la chambre , mes enfants et moi-même y avons vu des cafards et mes enfants ne voulaient plus y rester. Mais l’hôtel a refusé de nous rembourser. Je suis déçue et ai été obligée de trouver une autre chambre ailleurs avec la fatigue et le décalage horaire. Je suis déçue et fâchée. "The room was clean but the shower was hard to manage.Also, there is no water heater or cups for making coffee or tea . The only thing that i liked the most was the staff ,they were super nice ."

"No shower head just hose, tiles around the bathtub missing, towels dirty. Missing remit for ac, king size bed was put together with two single beds and covered by a mattress, light fixtures missing plugs. Wi-Fi is not working, found bugs in the room. The most ridiculous rule is you have to prove you are married to your spouse, and if you show them a foreign marriage certificate they will not accept it. You will have to rent two rooms if you want to stay with your wife in the same place. Never...
