Elevator is a rickety old coffin made in the 80s with missing buttons and things to together with duct tape, the lobby call button is held on with a zip tie, my shower head was broken so non of the water came from the main nozzle, came out the sides and the drain didn’t work quickly so if you were in there more than 5 mins the water level would rise and flood the bathroom, the toilet button was snapped off and the...

"I can confidently say that it was single handedly the staff, Ahmed and Anas that made our stay at the riad - exceptional!!! The rooms need an uplift, but any small shortage in the amenities was compensated by the exceptional attitude of the staff! Excellent location ! Excellent breakfast! The guide that they recommended for the Medina was great as well! I would only recommend that they upgrade the place with some quality amenities (hand soap, shampoo conditioner, extra pillows, brighter...

"Definitely no where close to a 5 star Riad more like a 2 star. The rooms smelled putrid. Food was terrible and not prepared by someone who knows how to cook. Construction going on in main courtyard right below our room for hours including drilling, sawing, and banging - we could not nap.
