"If you just need a place to bathe and sleep, this will do. The whole facility is run down and appears to not have seen a coat of paint or good scrubbing for years. I didn’t visit the pool but from a quick glance, it appeared to be the most well-kept part of the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The lampshades in my room were ripped and torn. The mini fridge quit working on the 2nd or 3rd day and the staff asked if I had used the hairdryer as that would trip the fridge outlet. The hairdryer was falling apart. Enough said?"

"Poor room cleanliness upon arrival. Booked Mountain View room but looked at parking lot. There 3 day and received NO services, No clean towels, finally after multiple asks, had to go to reception 2 times to get towels. Room never cleaned/touched up despite 3 night stay. Just very poor customer service overall. Breakfast buffet was a joke. No cups in room for coffee maker. Bad experience. "

"If this hotel had decent pillows it would be the perfect place to stay. I felt like Jacob in Genesis 28:11 with my lumpy pile of rocks. We bought $3 Walmart pillows and the subsequent nights were much better. Other than that the hotel was perfect for our needs. "

"The office was closed when I arrived late at night, there was a phone outside office you pick up to speak with someone, eventually I was transferred to a corporate office after about5-10 minutes. They contacted someone at the property and they finally checked me in. The person was very nice. When I went to the room the interior door lock was on and I couldn’t get in. Luckily the front desk person noticed me before she left and gave me a different room. "

"As far as the stay it was great, I dont think the instructions for parking where all that clear for someone that was completely new to this type of check in. They metion where to park when you get there but forget to mention that they'll be a parking card and spot assigned to you when you go to your room. I had to reach out to someone for theses instructions "

"The refrigerator was not working and had a foul odor. We had to go out for each meal. I called the host company and they told me this was a previous problem, but they thought it was corrected. It was not working when we arrived, there was a previous renter who I’m sure reported the same issue, and it was never fixed over the 4 days of our stay. Very poor attention to servicing the apartment and it was even difficult to get responses in a timely manner. "
