"Room has the Cockroach on the floor when we opend the door of the room very first time.
Staff was so rude and miss representing information, such as asked for Iron throughout our stay and they didn't provide it rather asking us to give them clothes to get iron from outside Sarcastic way."

"Great stay! Free upgrade to a suite! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Huge pools. Area is very walkable into the Medina there are taxis out the front waiting of you do need one. I would stay here again! "

The hotel looked a bit tired.
Can stop thinking about the £10 they charged me for a coke and the fact there was nothing available but a £40 lunch buffet which I regretted as soon as I sat down.
