The meals were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean. The sauna and hot tubs were awesome! Loved the tree top bridges! Carlos made our trip to Rincon awesome. He had fantastic suggestions and made us feel very welcome everyday!

Beautiful setting in the middle of nature with great variety if wildlife and activities on premises. Not quiet, as at night all animals come alive, but for us the jungle noises and rain were super relaxing. Excellent service and food. The hotel is very nice and staff is very friendly. The restaurant prices are quite high and size of portions are too small. Prices do not include taxes in any menu which is not very convenient. Even worse for foreigners.

I can't imagine a better-equipped cabin!
