"Great location. Owner very accommodating allowing us to leave our cases until check in. Owner responded very swiftly to any issues we had. Be aware there are many steps down to entrance and then stairs up to the accommodation. Breakfast ordering was a bit of a phaff having to download an app and each guest had to create an account in order to choose breakfast items. "

"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "

"The hotel looks lovely from the moment you approach. We managed to walk from the train station (Capaccio Rabadiccio) to the hotel. The room was a good size, with a nice closet, safe and drawers. "This hotel has superb facilities, spa, pools, party/meeting rooms.What is deficient, is the information available to guests. The room we were in had no hotel directory, printed or on TV. The restaurant is not well advertised, the menu is not available in the rooms. Same for the room service menus for the restaurant or the bar. Could also use the Express checkout system."
